Join a team of highly capable software engineers delivering on all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements, design & implementation. You will have the opportunity to both give and receive technical guidance to others within the software team and will work with technical support to integrate and deliver quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to development of plans, processes and procedures to ensure a high performance software development team.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in Java, having worked with JEE and/or lightweight containers
• Experience with EJB and/or Spring, Hibernate (or JDBC), JMS, JSP/Servlets (WebWork) or Swing
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience
• Complete software product development experience
• Software development process/methodology experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Medical Software Development, DICOM and/or HL7
• C/C++, XML, Web Services, network and multi-threaded Programming experience
• Windows and UNIX development/target environments
• SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• UML, Rational Unified Process
• Software Configuration Management
• Volleyball and/or foosball skills
